CitaHive ofrece un asistente automático de WhatsApp a pequeños negocios (los “Negocios”). Esta política explica qué datos tratamos cuando le escribes por WhatsApp a un Negocio que usa CitaHive, y cuando un Negocio usa nuestro panel.
Quién es responsable
Cada Negocio es responsable de las conversaciones con sus clientes. CitaHive trata esos datos en nombre del Negocio, solo para prestarle el servicio.
Qué datos tratamos
- Tu número de WhatsApp y el nombre de tu perfil.
- Los mensajes que envías y recibes en la conversación con el Negocio.
- Datos de citas: servicio, fecha, hora y el nombre que nos des.
- Tu idioma preferido y si pediste no recibir mensajes automáticos.
- Del Negocio: datos de la cuenta (correo, nombre) y de facturación.
No pedimos ni guardamos números de tarjeta, contraseñas ni datos de salud.
Para qué los usamos
- Responder tus mensajes, agendar, cambiar o cancelar citas.
- Enviarte recordatorios de tu cita y, si corresponde, pedirte una reseña.
- Pasar tu conversación a una persona del Negocio cuando sea necesario.
- Mostrarle al Negocio sus conversaciones, citas y estadísticas.
No vendemos tus datos ni los usamos para publicidad.
Con quién se comparten
Solo con proveedores necesarios para el servicio:
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): para enviar y recibir mensajes.
- Anthropic: procesa el texto de la conversación para generar respuestas. No se usa para entrenar sus modelos.
- Google: si el Negocio lo activa, las citas se guardan en su Google Calendar.
- Stripe: cobra los planes a los Negocios y, si un Negocio pide depósito para tu cita, procesa tu pago. Tu tarjeta la ve solo Stripe; nosotros no.
- Nuestro proveedor de servidores, donde se guardan los datos.
Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
Mientras el Negocio use CitaHive. Si el Negocio cancela, borramos sus datos dentro de 90 días, salvo lo que la ley nos obligue a conservar.
Tus opciones
- Escribe BAJA o STOP para dejar de recibir mensajes automáticos, y ALTA o START para volver.
- Puedes pedir una copia o el borrado de tus datos al Negocio o escribiéndonos a support@citahive.com.
Seguridad
Usamos conexiones cifradas (HTTPS), acceso restringido y cifrado de las credenciales de cada Negocio.
Menores
El servicio no está dirigido a menores de 13 años.
Cambios
Si cambiamos esta política, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba.

CitaHive provides an automated WhatsApp assistant to small businesses (“Businesses”). This policy explains what data we process when you message a Business that uses CitaHive on WhatsApp, and when a Business uses our dashboard.
Who is responsible
Each Business is responsible for its conversations with its customers. CitaHive processes that data on the Business's behalf, only to provide the service.
What we process
- Your WhatsApp number and profile name.
- The messages you send and receive in the conversation with the Business.
- Appointment details: service, date, time and the name you give us.
- Your preferred language and whether you opted out of automated messages.
- For Businesses: account details (email, name) and billing details.
We do not ask for or store card numbers, passwords or health information.
How we use it
- To answer your messages and to book, change or cancel appointments.
- To send you appointment reminders and, where applicable, a review request.
- To hand your conversation to a person at the Business when needed.
- To show the Business its conversations, appointments and statistics.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run the service:
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): to send and receive messages.
- Anthropic: processes conversation text to generate replies. It is not used to train their models.
- Google: if the Business enables it, appointments are saved to its Google Calendar.
- Stripe: bills Businesses for their plan and, if a Business asks for a deposit for your appointment, processes your payment. Only Stripe sees your card; we don't.
- Our hosting provider, where the data is stored.
How long we keep it
For as long as the Business uses CitaHive. If the Business cancels, we delete its data within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP or BAJA to stop automated messages, and START or ALTA to rejoin.
- You can request a copy or deletion of your data from the Business, or by emailing support@citahive.com.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, and encryption of each Business's credentials.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
